Select the Plant Type
Click on Edit Type in the Properties Palette
Modify the parameter ‘WIDTH PLAN’
Click OK

Modify the parameter ‘Height’

Step-by-Step Guide: Change Height (Instance)
The default height parameter in all proposed plants is a Type parameter. This can be changed, but you must first modify the family via Edit Family.
Select the Plant
Modify the parameter ‘HEIGHT_I’
Note: if this parameter is grayed out, than it is still tied to the Type parameter ‘Height’.
